Dr. Tamara Huff

Vigeo Orthopedics was founded in 2019 by board certified orthopedic surgeon, Tamara Huff, MD, MBA. With over a decade of experience serving in rural and urban communities, Dr. Huff understands the importance of providing accessible high quality musculoskeletal health care. 

Born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, Dr. Tamara Huff (better known as the LadyBoneDoc) is passionate about increasing access to musculoskeletal care in underserved communities.

Dr. Huff graduated with honors from the University of Georgia. She went on to obtain her medical doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and completed her orthopedic surgery residency at Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Huff completed her Master’s in Business Administration and earned a certificate in Health Sector Management at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. 

With over 15 years of medical training and surgical experience in urban and rural areas, Dr. Huff understands the importance of connecting with each patient. Currently, she provides high quality evidence based musculoskeletal care at hospitals across the country. Dr. Huff remains committed to pursuing community outreach and education. She is an active member of the Leadership Committee of Movement is Life, the Columbus (GA) Chapter of the Links, Inc., and the Columbus (GA) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
